To share a space with mighty writing giants here, is an honor for me. I’ll remain indebted to Shail forever for enabling me to let out my hearts cacophony in sunshine with dignity. Nothing remains as all have said what I feel. All I wish is ” to see my Pilot face to face, when I cross the bar!’

  2. Sneha says:

It appears to have most effortlessly replaced 4iw…and that is a great achievement in itself! so well done Shail for bringing us all on to a common ‘platform’ as it were- alive with new thoughts and exciting ideas expressed most expressively it is getting better progressively.

I have come back to add a few more lines which I missed in my earlier comment. Though the web is contemptibly termed as the “virtual” world, I feel every interactive and literary site has an invariable and almost perceptible aura or ambiance about it. Undoubtedly, the webmaster is also the ambiance maker. It is his/her dedication, determination and dream that spill all over the site and strike a chord in the hearts of the site users. It is a wonder how we reach out to each other whom we may never meet otherwise but through this site.

When I first requested Shail for membership, I was apprehensive that my petition might get rejected as I did not possess any literary credentials to my credit. But the open arm welcome that I received from her was indeed heart warming and the subsequent encouragement on all my writes have definitely gone a long way in boosting my confidence and bettering my writing skills.

Similar is the experience with my co-writers and bloggers who have now become such good friends that I who always felt a little diffident in my heart of heart by the lack of like minded company feel positively blessed now.

It will be a serious omission if I do not confess that how enriching and educating a process it is when I read and relish the writings of my friends on Write Space. It opens up new vista, broadens the horizon and improves my perspective by supplying new fodder for thought. More importantly it has also taught me to apply brakes on my pen and appreciate the viewpoints of others before starting afresh.

The increasing membership as well as readership, the addition of new topics and ideas indicate that this space is dynamic and creative. I am confident that Write Space will not remain restricted to the web world alone and will soon see the light of print which I have also mentioned in my earlier comment and much, much more in the near future.

Long live the “inspiration” and the “camaraderie” behind Write Space. Soar higher and higher as distant galaxies beckon……

We all owe a huge thank you to Shail without whose initiative and expert steering WriteSpace wouldn’t be what it is. She takes great pains to enhance each post with perfect picutres and to have each issue online on the scheduled day. I like everything else too about writespace – the writers, the wide variety of issues and topics covered, the camaraderie and encouragement all provide to one another. Keep it going WriteSpace, we are with you.

Write Space as the name suggests is a platform where the writers from all over the world can meet, greet, read and comment on each other pieces. With a vast variety of writers one gets to read different genres at one place. And I am grateful that Shail excepted my application to write for the site. Thank you Shail and a big and warm hello to all the fellow writers.

Shail, I had really been looking forward to some quiet time to go through the Feb articles. I managed an hour this morning.
What I like best about Writespace is that it has a refreshing take on all things life. There is a wide variety of topics and articles and all of them are really good quality. I usually prefer fiction or humour but Writespace has opened my mind to many other genres of writing.

The thing I like best about Write Space is, it is a regathering of old friends and hence it feels like a family affair. The articles and poems are of quite a good grade. With a dynamic editor at the helm, it is a totally thrilling experience savoured every alternate Sunday.

Nice to see writespace nearly getting 20000 hits in a short span of time without any publicity. This shows readers keep searching for good blogs with ‘original & fresh’ content on a wide variety of topics.

My best wishes to the team. I hope a day will come when we can see a book with select writings from this site.
